At Fitzy’s Fish & Chips, we’re passionate about bringing top-quality, traditional fish and chips to communities across the region. As a multi-award-winning mobile catering business, we were founded with one mission: to make authentic fish and chips more accessible than ever—without compromising on quality.

We believe great food starts with great ingredients. That’s why we only use responsibly sourced produce with full traceability. Our fish is wild-caught in the pristine waters of Iceland, and our expert potato merchant hand-picks the best seasonal spuds. We also prepare many items in-house, including our famously tasty mushy peas.

We’re proud members of NCASS and the National Federation of Fish Friers, and we’ve been mentored by some of the UK’s most respected industry leaders. Our eye-catching mobile unit is custom-built, featuring a classic design and state-of-the-art equipment. Fully compliant with UK health and safety regulations, we carry current public liability insurance along with certified gas and electric inspections. Every member of our team holds at least a Level 2 hygiene qualification. We’re also licensed by both Wirral Borough Council and Cheshire West and Chester Council.
